New title added to PubMedCentral Digital Archive

Medical History is the first journal to be released as part of NLM's
collaboration with the Wellcome Trust and the U.K. Joint Information Systems
Committee (JISC). Information on the collaboration as well as NLM's back issue scanning project is available at:
