Thank you for your recent e-mail.

Recently we have been experiencing some server problems which were causing
certain areas of the site to either load very slow or just not load at all.
These problems should now be fixed and everything should be back to normal.

If you are finding that you are still having trouble in accessing the site
then please can you provide me with the link that you are trying to access
so that I can further investigate, and may be able to get the information to
you by other means.
