Quality Chasm Series: Health Care Quality Reports from the Institute of Medicine

Ten years ago, Crossing the Quality Chasm called for a health care overhaul that included more efficient use of technology, personalized care, and improved professional training. Revisit all the recommendations from the Institute of Medicine's (IOM's) landmark 2001 report and discover the latest reports that build on these influential recommendations. These titles are freely available for download at the NAP: National Academies Press.
