Wiley e-journal platform was again unavailable on a Friday afternoon.

The Wiley e-journal platform does reside in London, England, a 5 hour time difference from US East Coast users.
And I have been noting, that every Friday afternoon starting at 12pm , we have access problems.
I think Wiley is starting their e-journal platform maintenance, at what seems a reasonable time to Londoners, but a very inconvenient time for users in the USA.
We will try to sort this out with the publishers and let you know if we get a reasonable response.
